Placement Team

Anna Brooke has been with Personnel Resources since 2006, bringing with her previous experience in recruiting, payroll, benefits, and accounting. As the lead recruiter, she manages staff and oversees the executive and strategic placements. Anna Brooke was nominated and chosen by the executive management team to be a member of the Circle of Excellence. Anna Brooke attended Wallace College in Dothan. She is involved in the Dothan Southern League and enjoys working with the children’s ministry at her church. Anna Brooke resides in Dothan with her husband and two children.

Kristina re-joined Personnel Resources in 2010 bringing five years of recruiting management experience in hiring and HR administration. She is a graduate of Troy State University earning her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Additional experience includes staffing optimization, conflict management and resolution, labor relations, investigation and resolution of workplace issues, law interpretation issues, and FMLA.

 

Kristina is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Wiregrass Society of Human Resource Management Association (WHRMA), and the Alabama Governor’s Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities (AGCEPD). She is married, active in her church and resides in Ashford, AL.

Adam joined Personnel Resources in 2009, bringing with him one year of recruiting experience. He is a graduate of Troy State University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management degree in 2007. In his spare time, Adam enjoys working with the youth group at his church.

Amy joined Personnel Resources in 2009 bringing 10 years of staffing experience with her from Nashville in sales, operations and management. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe earning her Bachelor Degree in Communications. Amy is married and active in the children’s ministry at her church.

Jane has been with Personnel Resources since 2007, bringing 18 years experience in the sales and management field. She has enjoyed serving as the Loaned Executive for United Way, is a member of the Workforce Committee for the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Wiregrass Society of Human Resource Management Association (WHRMA). Jane attended Judson Women’s College in Marion, Alabama.

Julie joined Personnel Resources in 2009. She graduated as a member and Vice President of Delta Mu Delta Honor Society from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in International Business in 2008. Julie is bilingual, speaking fluent Spanish and brings with her three years of recruiting experience. In her spare time, Julie enjoys giving back to her community in many ways. She has volunteered over 2,000 hours in community service with various organizations.
