    Ben Harrison

    President/Partner

    Personnel Resources/PRemployer/PRinsurance

    Ben has worked in the staffing industry since 1988. Over the years, he has developed a variety of safety and incentive programs for companies throughout the Southeast. Ben has many years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of employee productivity and performance tracking systems including expertise in employee hiring and profiling from entry level to executive positions. Additionally, he has written and produced numerous training and orientation videos for staffing clients and other related businesses. Since 2008, he has served on the Workers’ Compensation Risk Management Best Practices Board of Directors, which certifies individual PEO companies in best practices concerning their own workers compensation processes and programs.
     
    Ben began his business career at age 19. His first official business had two employees and the profits paid his way through college. Ben continues to invest in other businesses outside of Personnel Resources. His community involvement consists of serving on numerous boards of directors over the years including March of Dimes Walk America and Boy Scouts of America. Ben also served as the publicity chairman for the Rotary Club and was a charter member of Vistage (a group of area business leaders) and Wisdom Hunters (a business coaching club). Ben is a strong believer in family values and has coached little league and traveling baseball for years with his son. He has been active in his church, serving as the chairman of the human resources committee, organizing a business person Sunday School class and launching the Koinonia Kaffe, a coffeehouse ministry, with his wife in 2007.
     
    Ben is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Visual Communications. He is married to Rhonda and has four children.

    Rebecca Harrison Carter

    Rebecca (Becky) founded Personnel Resources, Inc. in April 1987 with Richard Guest.  She currently serves as COO of Personnel Resources, is a member of the Executive Team, and is a partner in PRemployer and PRinsurance. She is a licensed agent in the state of Alabama in P/C insurance.
     
    Additionally, Becky’s community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Wiregrass Children’s Home, as well as the Boys and Girls Club of Dothan. She also previously had the honor of serving as President of the Wiregrass Humane Society.
     
    Becky is a graduate of Gulf Coast College and Florida State University. She is married to Vince Carter and has two children.

    Mary Beth Maddox

    Senior Executive Vice President

    Mary Beth joined Personnel Resources in 1996 as a sales representative bringing with her 12 years of sales experience. Over the years, she has been instrumental in helping hundreds of companies implement recruiting, team building, and cost-effective staffing strategies. She is a motivational speaker throughout the region, favoring topics on sales and recruiting. Recognized as an expert in her field, Mary Beth’s remarks have been published in several magazines, and she is frequently called upon by the local media for industry-related quotes.

    Mary Beth has always been very active in the community, beginning at age 19, as the youngest ever President of the Ashford Area Chamber of Commerce and later becoming the first ever female President of the Dothan Rotary Club. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Dothan area Chamber of Commerce and is the Houston County Campaign Chair for the Wiregrass United Way.

    Mary Beth is a graduate of Troy University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.

    Dan Sinas

    Vice President Human Resources

    Dan has spent his entire career in human resources management, for Fortune 100 companies, as well as, smaller, privately owned enterprises. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, Dan directed human resources departments in both union and non-union environments, with complete human resources management responsibilities for domestic and foreign operations. He currently directs the human resources consulting services for the PRcompanies, which own and operate businesses involved in human resources outsourcing, recruiting, staffing and business coaching.
     
    Dan provides hundreds of clients with solutions to their human resources issues, guides them through the myriad of employment laws and regulations, and is also responsible for overseeing all risk management activities and services. He has conducted extensive training in the areas of employment law, regulatory compliance, performance management, effective supervision and management, and employee recruitment, interviewing and selection.
     
    Dan has been the keynote speaker at staffing associations, industry groups, Chambers of Commerce and human resource seminars, and is the published author of the book, Job Killers: How governments increasing role in the workplace reduces profits and increases unemployment… and the solution that can get Americans back to work now.
