FAQ's about W-2's



1. When will W-2's be issued?
W-2's will be mailed on or before January 31, 2012.

2. My information has changed, how do I get you the new information?
There are three easy ways to get your information to us, select the one that is best for you:

3. What information do I need to leave on the W-2 line or send in an email?
- Your Worksite Company Name
- Your First, Middle and Last Name
- Your Current AND New Address
- LAST 4 digits of your Social Security Number
- Daytime phone number where you can be reached

4. Can I get a copy of my most recent check stub to get my taxes done early?
No, we cannot print any check stubs after November 30, 2011.

5. Can I pick up my W-2 at your office?
No.  Your W-2 will be mailed to your address we have on file.  If you need to update your information with us please see instructions above to get us the updated information.

6. Can you fax or email me my W-2?
No.  Your W-2 will be mailed to your address we have on file.  If you need to update your information with us please see instructions above to get us the updated information.

7. What if I do not receive my W-2?
Reprints will not begin until after February 12, 2012.  To request a reprint, send a Money Order for $5.00 along with a self-addressed envelope to:

You may come to our office in person to request a reprint after February 14, 2012 and bring a Money Order for $5.00 or cash.
